Shipping policy
Delivery
All our orders are shipped via Royal Mail. When you place an order, you will receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking number once the goods have been collected from our warehouse. Please note that for next day delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm Monday to Friday to receive next working day.

We currently deliver to UK only.
Customer Notice: Last order date for Christmas Delivery is 18th of December. We will not process any order between 22nd and 27th of December. We cannot guarantee delivery dates over the Christmas period due to Bank Holidays. From all of us at Brand Threads, Merry Christmas!
How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?
If in stock, our orders are usually dispatched same day Mon-Fri. Please allow 2-5 working days for standard UK/ROI delivery. Express service is normally dispatched next working day deliveries (UK and ROI only).
Please note that once we dispatch your item you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us. (e.g. Gift wrapping).
As soon as we receive either notice of your cancellation of the order, or if the order has already been dispatched, return of the order itself, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item, together with the normal postage charge, within seven working days.
