To make your holiday shopping stress-free, we’ve extended our returns period for the festive season:
Items purchased between 1 November 2024 and 31 December 2024 can be returned within 60 days of the purchase date.
This means you have up to 60 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange for eligible items. Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Our standard 30-day returns policy will resume for purchases made from 1 January 2025.
